HAZEL GREEN (WKOW) -- A teenager suffered minor injuries in a traffic crash in Hazel Green Tuesday.
According to the Grant County Sheriff's Department, at about 4:45 p.m., 16-year-old Kelly Schlarmann of Hazel Green left a parking lot to head north on North Percival Street and failed to yield. Schlarmann was driving a Pontiac Sunfire which crashed into a Dodge truck driven by 39-year-old Michael Uppena of Cuba City.
Schlarmann suffered minor injuries. Uppena was not injured. Both were wearing seatbelts.
The crash is still under investigation.
