
MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison Police are searching for a man who they say robbed a west side bank location Tuesday morning.
Employees at the Raymond Rd. Anchor Bank say a man entered the branch around 10:15 a.m. armed with a handgun. He grabbed some cash and ran.
Officers were able to track his footprints in the snow to Russet Rd., where it appears he jumped into a getaway vehicle.
The robber is described as a black man between 20 and 30 years old, 5'10" with facial stubble, wearing distinctive eyeglasses, a black or gray jacket and a blue hat.
