WKOW 27: Madison, WI Breaking News, Weather and SportsGirl dies after falling, jumping from moving truck

WINONA, Minn. (WKOW) -- A Minnesota teen has died at a Wisconsin hospital after either falling or jumping from the back of a moving pickup truck.
Police say the 15-year-old girl from Minnesota City suffered critical head injuries when she fell off the back seat of the truck in Winona Saturday morning.
The girl was taken to a hospital in that city, then airlifted to Gundersen Lutheran in La Crosse.
She died Sunday evening.
Police say a friend of the victim's family was driving the truck at the time of the accident. No charges have been filed.
