MIDDLETON (WKOW) -- The National Mustard Museum opened its doors Friday, relocating from nearby Mt. Horeb.
The new museum is located at the corner of Hubbard Avenue and Parmenter Street.
Founder Barry Levenson says the time was right to move and expand his unique collection of the yellow condiment.
The museum features 5,000 mustards from around the globe. Around 450 are available for purchase.
"From chocolate mustard to truffle mustard, to honey mustard, Dijon mustard, garlic, grainy, herb, fruit, curry mustard, every kind of mustard you need," adds Levenson.
Levenson began his mustard collection in 1986. He opened his first museum to the general public in 1992.
