MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison woman is $10,000 richer after matching four of five numbers plus the Powerball in the Powerball drawing on October 31.
The Powerball winning numbers on October 31 were 02, 19, 26, 41, 54, with a Powerball of 23.
Eleanor Rapacz bourt the winning ticket at Seversin's Service center on Milwaukee St. in Madison. For selling that ticket, Seversin's earns $200 from the Lottery. Lottery retailers who sell winning tickets with prizes of $600 or more earn 2-percent of the crime with a maximum commission of $100,000.
