PHILADELPHIA (WKOW) -- Lehman Brothers may be history in the stock market, but its artwork is a hot commodity in a different market.
A painting that used to hang in the corporate offices of the former investment banking firm sold at an auction Monday for $1.35 million.
Although the tally for the 238 pieces was almost double the projected total, the sale makes only a small dent in the $250 billion Lehman Brothers owes its creditors.
