
COLUMBUS (WKOW) -- Golfers teed off in Columbus on Saturday to qualify for the Special Olympics golf team.
More than 125 athletes competed in the 2nd Annual Special Olympic District Golf Competition.
The top golfers earn a place on the golf team competing in the state outdoor sports competition in August.
It took place at the Kestrel Ridge Golf Club which was heavily flooded last year. Back then, golfers had to take air rafts to parts of the golf course.
